Warehouse Keeper (1 position, full-time, English or Chinese)

Working Place: Semarang

Job Responsibilities

1. Goods Receipt and Dispatch Management: Responsible for the receipt, counting, and inspection (verifying documents, quantity, and outer packaging) of daily goods to ensure accuracy. Conduct goods inbound racking, outbound picking, review, packing, and shipping operations accurately and efficiently in accordance with procedures and document requirements. Handle the registration, inspection, and storage of returned goods.

2. Inventory Management: Responsible for the daily management of inventory, ensuring goods are stored neatly in designated areas and locations, following the first-in-first-out principle. Conduct regular warehouse inventories (daily, weekly, monthly) to ensure consistency of accounts, cards, and physical goods, and control inventory discrepancies. Update inventory information in the system in a timely manner to ensure data accuracy.

3. Warehouse On-site Management:

Strictly implement 5S management (sorting, organizing, cleaning, maintaining cleanliness, and fostering a sense of discipline) in the warehouse to keep the warehouse environment tidy, with unobstructed channels and clear markings. Responsible for the standardized operation, daily inspection, and simple maintenance of equipment (such as forklifts, hydraulic trucks) in the assigned area. Strictly abide by all safety operation procedures and fire safety regulations to prevent safety accidents.

4. System Operation and Documents: Skilled in operating the company's warehouse management system for relevant operations. Responsible for the filling, sorting, and filing of relevant inbound and outbound documents and reports.

5. Others: Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

1. Educational Background: High school/secondary vocational school or above (majors related to logistics, warehousing, supply chain management are preferred).

2. Work Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience in warehouse management.

3. Core Skills: Familiar with basic processes such as warehouse goods receipt, inbound, storage, picking, shipping, and inventory. System operation: Proficient in operating common warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems, and proficient in using office software. Equipment operation: Skilled in operating common warehousing equipment, and able to use forklifts (valid forklift operation certificate required).

4. Strong Sense of Responsibility: Work carefully and meticulously, with sensitivity to numbers, focusing on inventory accuracy and operation accuracy. Able to adapt to the warehouse working environment, strictly abide by safety regulations, and have good fire safety awareness. Able to complete work tasks efficiently and on time. Possess good communication skills and team cooperation spirit.
