REQUIREMENT

-Bachelor of Industrial Engineering or related field-Minimum 2 years of footwear industry experience.-Exposure in IE project (One Pair System etc.)-Hands on in shoe process development-Analyse and addressing problem solving in production process-Proactive / communicative / resilient / attitude / composure personality-Ability to establish priorities and time management.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Analyze and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.- Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement - Supporting informed decision making, and responsible for procuring coupon/standard Production Minutes Statements for each article in production- Design and implement effective systems and workflows that align with organizational goals and promote a lean and agile operational environment.- Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs without compromising quality or safety standards.- Work closely with cross-functional teams, to integrate engineering solutions seamlessly into the overall business strategy.- Ensure that the 5S of the work area.
