About the Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Leader who doesn’t just manage — but owns the number.

You will be responsible for leading the Account Sales team, ensuring every pipeline is active, every opportunity is followed up, and every team member is performing at their highest level.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and drive the Account Sales team to achieve revenue targets
  • Monitor sales pipeline, conversion, and team performance
  • Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and field support
  • Ensure disciplined use of sales reporting
  • Assist in closing key deals and handling major clients
  • Identify new business opportunities in HORECA / hospitality sector

What We’re Looking For:

  • Min. 3–5 years experience in B2B sales, with leadership experience in hospitality or kitchenware industry
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
  • Analytical and familiar with sales metrics & pipeline management
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
