Fasdeli Group melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Cost Accounting Supervisor di North Jakarta yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor Fasdeli Group. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi Cost Accounting Supervisor di North Jakarta Perusahaan Fasdeli Group:

1. Cost Analysis & Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and report on logistics or operational costs. Calculate COGS.
2. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monitor progress between planned and actual costs.
3. Variance Analysis: Review actual costs against standard or estimated costs. Determine the root cause of variances and recommend cost-control strategies.
4. Inventory Control: Manage physical stock-takes, review inventory valuation, and reconcile inventory data with the General Ledger.
5. Team Leadership: Delegate tasks to cost accountants, track performance, and provide training.

Job Requirements

1. :Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Financial Management
2. .Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in cost accounting or cost control, with 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role (often within logistics industry is preferable)
3. .Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems
4. .Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional departments (e.g. warehouse, operations)
