Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Cashier & HR Staff to manage daily financial operations and basic human resources tasks. The role requires a combination of financial acumen and strong interpersonal skills.
Core Responsibilities
■ Financial Duties
- Handle daily cash receipts and payments, bank transfers, and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Manage invoices, reimbursement documents, and financial archives.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements.
- Support basic tax filing procedures and data preparation.
■ HR Duties
- Record employee attendance and assist in salary calculation and benefit administration.
- Support the recruitment process: post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates.
- Process employee onboarding/offboarding procedures and maintain personnel files.
- Assist in organizing staff activities, training sessions, and team-building events.
Job Requirements
- College degree or above, with preference for majors in finance, accounting, human resources management, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in cashiering or HR roles (exception for outstanding fresh graduates).
- Proficient in using office software such as Excel; Candidates with experience in financial software (MYOB/Jurnal) will be prioritized.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal); Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of maintaining confidentiality for financial and HR information.
