About The Role
As a Retail Marketing Officer at Simpan, you will be the engine behind how our retail marketing campaigns for Simpan app get planned, executed, and delivered.
This role is fundamentally about execution and coordination. You will work across internal teams, including product marketing, product, group marketing communications and creative functions as well as external partners such as KOLs & agencies and freelancers (social media, performance marketing, etc), to ensure campaigns run smoothly and optimally from kick-off through post-campaign review.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including planning, coordination, execution, and post-campaign evaluation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Creative, Brand Marketing, Marcoms, and external partners) to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet objectives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, KOLs, and external partners to deliver campaigns on time and on brand.
- Review marketing content and assets to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Track campaign performance, generate insights, and recommend optimizations to improve results.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in a marketing ops/execution or campaign management role, ideally at a startup or growth-stage company.
- Proven track record running campaigns end-to-end, from brief through reporting with minimal oversight.
- Working knowledge of the Indonesian capital markets landscape, you invest actively and understand the mindset of a first-time or early-stage retail investor.
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or KOLs: you write clear briefs, manage timelines, and push back when output doesn’t meet the bar.
- Strong copywriting instincts, especially for social media, short-form creative assets, and ad copy in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Data-literate and comfortable navigating analytics tools, you know where to find the numbers, which metrics matter for each campaign, and how to pull a clean report without needing someone to walk you through it
- Exceptional time management and cross-functional coordination skills, you can run multiple campaigns simultaneously without things falling through the cracks.
- High ownership mentality, detail-oriented, and able to drive progress with minimal supervision in a fast-moving environment.
