About The Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compliance Officer to support licensing compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting, and data management initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to compliance excellence, and support the company’s long-term growth and governance objectives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor company licenses, permits, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Maintain and update compliance databases, records, and documentation.
• Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Track permit validity, reporting deadlines, and regulatory obligations.
• Support compliance audits and internal reviews.
• Analyze compliance data and identify potential risks or gaps.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely submission of required information.
• Monitor regulatory updates and support implementation of compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Policy, Government Affairs, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Licensing, Government Relations, Reporting, or related functions.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
• High integrity and commitment to data accuracy, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
