Guest Relations Officer

Sardine Restaurant is looking for a passionate and professional Guest Relations Officer to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our guests, the ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a genuine passion for hospitality. The Guest Relations Officer will play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
•  Assist guests with seating and provide guidance throughout their dining experience
•  Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements
•  Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback efficiently
•  Build positive relationships with guests and ensure their satisfaction
•  Coordinate with restaurant operations to deliver seamless service
•  Assist in resolving guest concerns in a professional manner
•  Maintain a high standard of guest experience and hospitality
• Engage with guests and help give a positive experience. 
• Build a community like atmosphere to bring in repeat customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position within the hospitality or F&B industry
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Professional attitude with good personal presentation
• Friendly, confident, and service-oriented personality
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Able to work as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with reservation systems is an advantage
