About the role

We're looking for an experienced Regional General Manager to join our team at PT Transisi Mobile Indonesia and oversee the strategic operations of our Tecno brand in the Indonesia market. In this contract-based role, you'll be responsible for driving sales and market growth across the North Sulawesi region. With a focus on developing strong customer relationships and leading a high-performing team, you'll be instrumental in expanding our presence and cementing Tecno as a leading mobile technology brand in the area.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to grow Tecno's market share in the North Sulawesi region

Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to consistently meet and exceed revenue and performance targets

Build and nurture relationships with key retailers, distributors and partners to enhance brand visibility and drive product sales

Monitor market trends, competitive activity and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales and customer support

Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

What we're looking for

Substantial experience (8+ years) in a sales management or regional general manager role, preferably within the consumer electronics or mobile technology industry

Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating sales teams to achieve ambitious revenue goals

Strong understanding of the North Sulawesi market, including customer behaviours, competition and regulatory environment

Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions

Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
