Base in Indonesia - Central Java , This role is for a strategic and hands-on Finance Manager who will serve as the financial backbone of a manufacturing company. You will be responsible for leading all aspects of the company's financial operations, from producing accurate financial reports and managing daily accounting functions to providing key insights that drive business growth. The position requires a strong focus on cost control, tax compliance, and process improvement, as well as the ability to lead a team and partner with other departments to support strategic decision-making.

1. Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local and group accounting standards.
2. Analyze financial performance, monitor key financial indicators, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
3. Lead the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, working closely with operations and department heads.Oversee daily accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
4. Ensure proper documentation, accuracy, and compliance in all financial transactions.
5. Manage and maintain the companys fixed asset register, ensuring timely capitalization, depreciation, and disposal tracking.
6. Monitor operational costs and conduct variance analysis between actual results and budgeted figures.
7. Identify cost-saving opportunities and support operational teams in implementing financial controls.
8. Provide regular reports on production cost efficiency and profitability by line or department.
9. Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax obligations including VAT, Income Tax, and Withholding Tax.
10. Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities to ensure compliance with local regulations.
11. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and financial regulations relevant to the manufacturing sector.Continuously review and improve finance processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls.
12. Implement and monitor internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
13. Support the digitalisation of finance operations, including ERP or accounting software enhancements.Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance, accountability, and professional development.
14. Collaborate with HR, production, and procurement teams to align financial planning with operational needs.
15. Undertake special assignments or projects as directed by senior management, including feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, or financial modeling for new initiatives.
16. Provide Accounts and Finance insights to support business decisions, workforce planning, and operational improvements.
17. Support digitalisation and ERP/accounting software implementation to streamline administrative processes and data management.

1. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
2. Minimum 810 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
3. Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, financial reporting standards, and cost accounting.
4. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
5. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
6. This position requires to set up all Accounting and Finance required framework and SOP accordingly to regulatory standards and maintain it.
