The Receptionist at Reload Sanctuary is the first point of contact for members and guests. This role is responsible for delivering a warm, professional, and welcoming experience while handling front desk operations for the gym and wellness facilities. The ideal candidate is confident, well-groomed, and able to communicate fluently in English.

Key Duties & Responsibilities Front Desk & Guest Experience

Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival.

Handle check-ins, bookings, and general front desk operations.

Provide clear information about gym facilities, classes, memberships, and services.

Ensure a positive first impression and high standard of customer service.

Communication & Administration

Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally.

Manage schedules, class bookings, and appointment calendars.

Handle basic administrative tasks and daily front desk reports.

Member Support

Assist members with inquiries, feedback, and basic concerns.

Coordinate with trainers, restaurant staff, and operations team.

Front Office Standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.

Follow SOPs, service standards, and brand guidelines.

Represent Reload Sanctuary with professionalism and positive attitude at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Staff (gym, wellness, hotel, or hospitality preferred).

Fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus).

Well-groomed, pleasant appearance, and professional presentation.

Confident, friendly, and customer-oriented.

Basic computer skills (POS, booking system, or Google Sheets).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Multitasking and time management skills.

Problem-solving ability with a calm and positive attitude.
