Finance & Accounting Staff

Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Staff to support day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records, and assist with reporting and reconciliation. This role is suitable for someone detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with PayPal and Stripe is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily finance and accounting transactions.
• Record and maintain accurate financial data and supporting documents.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, and reimbursements.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Support monthly closing and financial reporting.
• Monitor payment status and follow up on outstanding items when needed.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal procedures.
• Assist with tax and statutory documents as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties on finance-related matters.
• Help improve finance processes and reporting accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance and/or accounting.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience in transaction recording, reconciliation, and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with different teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using PayPal and/or Stripe for payment operations or reconciliation.
• Experience in a startup, SaaS, or technology company.
• Basic understanding of tax documentation or compliance.
• Familiarity with accounting systems or ERP tools.
