Job Purpose

To ensure all production machines and equipment operate efficiently and reliably through effective preventive and corrective maintenance, minimizing downtime and supporting continuous operational improvement.

Job Specification

1. Perform preventive maintenance and corrective actions on production machines and equipment to ensure minimal downtime and continuous operation.
2. Conduct routine inspections (visual and technical) to ensure all machinery is functioning optimally and safely.
3. Analyze machine performance, identify root causes of issues, and implement effective solutions. Prepare periodic maintenance reports and propose improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
4. Manage spare parts inventory, analyze spare part lifetimes to prevent breakdowns, and coordinate procurement of necessary components.
5. Conduct regular patrol checks on production machines and take full responsibility during assigned shifts.
6. Willingness to work in a shift system as required by operational needs.

Job Qualification

1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
2. At least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
3. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
4. Good knowledge of pneumatic systems
5. Familiarity with PLC systems is an advantage
