Analog Uluwatu melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Accountant di Bali yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor Analog Uluwatu. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi Accountant di Bali Perusahaan Analog Uluwatu:

Candidate

We’re looking for an experienced Book-keeper for our second venue – Analog Canggu – opening July. 

We’re a small company growing quickly with a relaxed but professional culture and flat structure. This second venue is a cafe during the day but a listening bar at night – different from Uluwatu and unique to Bali. 

You’ll be part of the initial management team hired ahead of the main team while the venue is still in construction. 

• working closely alongside the General Manager. 

We have a young, fun energetic team and customer base. We want an accountant who is experienced but also like people and wants to be part of a team like this. 

Team

40-45 persons, mostly 20-30 years old, Javanese / Balinese mix with 2 foreigners only. 

You will have 1 purchasing manager under your direct supervision and have additional support from the Accountant at Analog Uluwatu.

Responsibilities

A. Systems

The systems used will be identical to those used in Uluwatu and support in the setup of these will be provided by Uluwatu. 

• set up and maintain Xero (general accounting)
• setup and maintain MarketMan (inventory control) 
• setup and maintain Lavu (POS) 
• ensure all 3 systems are integrated and functioning correctly 

B. SOPS 

• best practise for all staff to follow 
• best practise for all HODs to follow 

C. Daily Accounting

• Record transactions and maintain general ledger
• Manage accounts payable & receivable
• Reconcile cash, bank, EDC, Xendit vs POS (LAVU)

D. Reporting

• Prepare Weekly sales report 
• Prepare monthly Cashflow and P&L reports 
• Track Key Performance Indicators 
• Make recommendations on cost savings 
• Make recommendations on revenue generators 

E. COGS controls 

Special emphasis on COGS given the inflationary environment this year but also fluctuations in fresh fruit / produce and historical difficulties we’ve had as a business. 

• work closely with Head Chef 
• work closely with Purchasing 
• refine and optimize MarketMan software 

Compensation

• Salary 12-15 M IDR / month
• BPJS
• Meals
• Tax 

Future Growth

We reward staff based on performance more than anything else. Nowhere is this easier to track than accounting. so if you do an excellent job you will also be eligible for bonuses. 

As the business grows, the Uluwatu team grows too but other venues / opportunities will pop up. We hire internally first wherever possible.
