We are committed to operational excellence, food safety, and continuous improvement – and our production team plays e key role in making it happen.

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of food safety standards (GMP, HACCP)
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with OEE (Overral Equipment Effectiveness) monitoring
• Target oriented and attention to details
• Leadership and team collaboration
• Problem-solving and adaptability

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate production activities during assigned shifts
• Ensure production output meets targets, quality and food safety standards
• Monitor and control production processes in accordance with SOPs
• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with maintenance when needed
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, %S, Lean practices)
• Implement and sustain Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM) activities, including autonomous maintenance
• Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to safety regulations.
• Lead, train and motivate production operators
