We are looking for a CRM Specialist to support the execution and optimization of customer engagement initiatives. In this role, you will manage CRM campaigns, analyze customer data, and help drive retention and repeat purchases through targeted communication strategies. About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor CRM campaigns across channels such as email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging.
  • Segment and analyze customer data to create targeted communication strategies.
  • Support initiatives to improve customer retention, engagement, and repeat purchase behavior.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to develop compelling campaign content and customer journeys.
  • Maintain and optimize CRM tools, automation workflows, and customer lifecycle programs.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and campaign performance.
  • Experience with CRM platforms or marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good project management abilities.
  • Experience working in e-commerce, retail, or tech startups.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, analytics tools, or marketing automation platforms.
