What You Will Experience:

• Operate offset printing machines in accordance with company operational standards.
• Ensure print output meets required quality standards, color accuracy, and production specifications.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust machine settings throughout the production process.
• Ensure production targets are achieved effectively and efficiently.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to maintain consistent printing quality.
• Perform basic machine checking and maintain cleanliness of the work area.

What is Required:

• Minimum SMK or equivalent, preferably in Graphic Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Mandatory experience as an Operator Offset Printing for a minimum of 3 years.
• Proven experience working in a manufacturing and/or printing company.
• Strong understanding of offset printing production processes.
• Familiar with operating offset printing machines such as Heidelberg, or equivalent printing machines.
• Accustomed to working with production targets and quality standards.
• Disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willing to be based in Serang, Banten.
