What we’re looking for

We’re seeking a talented, endlessly curious individual to join our Business Operations team. Our platform powers a rapidly scaling B2B fintech business that processes over US$2B in annual transaction volume – and growing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, takes full ownership of outcomes, and is passionate about building products that help global merchants expand into emerging markets. You’ll play a critical role in shaping and executing product strategies for multi-currency, alternative payment solutions, designed for complex and fragmented payment ecosystems. Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and management of payment products from integrations to daily operational monitoring
• Own end-to-end onboarding of new partners and support merchant activation, establishing structured processes to ensure consistent and accurate configuration
• Drive operational readiness for product and partner launches, including risk assessment, issue management, and post-launch performance stabilisation
• Monitor and analyze core payment performance metrics, conduct root cause analysis, and work cross-functionally to drive improvements
• Establish and manage structured change processes for post-go-live updates, ensuring alignment and clear communication across teams
• Design and continuously improve SOPs, workflows, and documentation to enhance scalability and reduce operational risk
• Consolidate operational data and cross-functional insights into structured recommendations to support product strategy and roadmap prioritization
• Able to research, understand and present back to business teams on different payment methods from different regions
• Work closely with data team to improve data consolidation and visualisation to help business teams make better data-driven decisions

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Payments, Fintech, or Product/Operations roles
• Strong hands-on experience with payment gateways, acquiring flows, local payment methods, settlement/reconciliation, and transaction lifecycle management
• Strong analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets required; SQL is a plus)
• Able to interpret transaction-level data and drive performance improvements
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and high ownership mindset
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
