As a Process Safety Coordinator, you will lead the implementation of Process Safety Management (PSM) systems across both onshore and offshore facilities, ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations and international best practices.

Description

• Implement and maintain PSM frameworks in accordance with Indonesia Regulation
• Facilitate HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, SIL, QRA, and Bowtie Analysis.
• Manage Management of Change (MOC) processes and ensure documentation aligns with Indonesian safety audit requirements.
• Oversee fire and gas detection systems, emergency shutdown systems, and emergency response planning.
• Lead the preparation of contract documents, support project award phases, and finalize project schedules.
• Interpret and apply P&ID, PFD, engineering drawings, and OEM manuals.
• Support terminal operations, including static and rotating equipment.
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver training and safety drills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Instrument, Process, Chemical or Mechanical
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in process safety within tank storage terminals, including offshore exposure.
• Strong knowledge of offshore safety systems, marine terminal operations, and SIMOPS.
• Familiar with IMO safety standards.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
