About the role

We are seeking an experienced BRANCH MANAGER PROPERTY to join our dynamic team at Mulia Realty Batindo. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our property office in the Karimun District, Karimun Riau Islands. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to lead and grow our commercial real estate business in the region.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and lead a team of real estate agents and support staff to achieve sales and leasing targets
2. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our commercial property portfolio
3. Liaise with clients, prospective tenants, and other stakeholders to negotiate and close deals
4. Ensure the office operates efficiently and maintains high standards of customer service
5. Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities
6. Collaborate with the corporate team to align with overall business objectives

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a proven track record of successful property management
2. Strong leadership and managerial skills to motivate and guide a team
3. Excellent negotiation and client relationship management abilities
4. Proficiency in analyzing market data and identifying trends
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
6. Knowledge of the local property market and regulations in the Karimun District, Karimun Riau Islands
7. Highly organised and able to multitask effectively
