Job DescriptionDevelop and implement employee development programs, including training, career development, and learning initiatives aimed at improving employee skills and performance in line with the company's needs.
Design and apply effective performance evaluation processes, provide constructive feedback to employees to improve their performance, and identify potential areas for development.
Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees and conduct exit interviews to analyze trends and provide improvement recommendations for employee lifecycle management.
Conduct routine Organizational Development (OD) activities within business units, such as building organizational culture, maintaining organizational structures, SOPs, job descriptions, competency dictionaries, job analysis, job evaluations, and more.
Develop inclusive and collaborative employee engagement strategies, facilitate inter-team interactions, and design programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction in the workplace.
Manage internal company events and create an event calendar.
Strengthen employer branding initiatives by promoting a positive image of the company through social media, internal communications, career fairs, and strategic partnerships, in order to attract and retain top talent.
Be responsible for maintaining information security systems by complying with security policies, safeguarding company data, and reporting any suspicious activity that may threaten information security.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Organizational Development or a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of performance management systems, employee engagement strategies, and training development methods.
Familiar with job analysis, competency mapping, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
Experience with HR and branding tools (e.g., HRIS, LMS, Canva, LinkedIn, social platforms).
Creative thinking and content creation skills for employer branding initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Understanding of data privacy and information security principles.
