• Develop and implement employee development programs, including training, career development, and learning initiatives aimed at improving employee skills and performance in line with the company's needs.

• Design and apply effective performance evaluation processes, provide constructive feedback to employees to improve their performance, and identify potential areas for development.

• Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees and conduct exit interviews to analyze trends and provide improvement recommendations for employee lifecycle management.

• Conduct routine Organizational Development (OD) activities within business units, such as building organizational culture, maintaining organizational structures, SOPs, job descriptions, competency dictionaries, job analysis, job evaluations, and more.

• Develop inclusive and collaborative employee engagement strategies, facilitate inter-team interactions, and design programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction in the workplace.

• Manage internal company events and create an event calendar.

• Strengthen employer branding initiatives by promoting a positive image of the company through social media, internal communications, career fairs, and strategic partnerships, in order to attract and retain top talent.

• Be responsible for maintaining information security systems by complying with security policies, safeguarding company data, and reporting any suspicious activity that may threaten information security.

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Organizational Development or a similar HR role.

• Strong knowledge of performance management systems, employee engagement strategies, and training development methods.

• Familiar with job analysis, competency mapping, and HR best practices.

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.

• Experience with HR and branding tools (e.g., HRIS, LMS, Canva, LinkedIn, social platforms).

• Creative thinking and content creation skills for employer branding initiatives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

• Understanding of data privacy and information security principles.
