About The Role: You will manage and grow our presence across various third-party marketplaces, ensuring our brand stands out, product listings are fully optimized, and campaigns convert. Your focus will be on sales performance, platform compliance, and driving customer acquisition through marketplace channels.
What Will You Do:
Manage day-to-day operations on e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Tiktok, Tokopedia, Lazada, Zalora, Blibli).
Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, A+ content, images) to improve visibility and conversion.
Execute pricing strategies and promotions to stay competitive and drive revenue.
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g. Shopee Ads, Tiktok Ads).
Analyze sales, traffic, and ad performance metrics, identify trends and opportunities.
Managing Livestream and Short video Content
Monitor marketplace compliance and update policies and product content as needed.
Create and Develop Weekly reports
What Are The Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experiences in managing e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok Shop, Lazada, etc.).
Proven track record in marketplace sales growth and campaign execution.
Familiarity with omnichannel strategies and e-commerce analytics dashboards.
Experience working in startups or fast-paced digital environments.
Agile, adaptable, and a strong problem-solver.
Proactive communicator and team collaborator.
