Position: Maintenance Supervisor TPM

About The Role :

We are looking for an Maintenance Supervisor TPM to ensure effective maintenance planning and improve equipment reliability in the production area. This role focuses on driving TPM initiatives, improving machine performance, and supporting continuous improvement to optimize operational efficiency.

What You Will Do?

• Plan and ensure maintenance schedules are executed effectively to minimize downtime.
• Lead TPM and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine reliability and operational efficiency.
• Analyze production performance data (OEE, downtime, cycle time) to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to implement process improvements and digitalization initiatives.
• Supervise the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and TPM practices.

What You Will Need?

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, CMMS, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement.
• Experience in equipment reliability, maintenance planning, and performance analysis (OEE, downtime).
• Strong coordination and project management skills to work with cross-functional teams.
