Group Barista Trainer Qualifications are :
- Have experience in coffee minimum 5 years in related positions
- Have experience as coffee trainer and quality control
- Certified Coffee Specialist is plus value
- Fluent English both oral and written
- Have communication and leadership skills
- Attention to details
- Have essential skills and knowledge about coffee, as details :
- Have experience to train about coffee
- Conceptualize training materials, training needs, and training strategy related coffee
- Fluent quality control coffee product across venue
- Types of coffee beans: Most known coffee types, Arabica and Robusta, and the cultivars under each one of those types. Specific knowledge about beans origin and also profile of beans and familiar with roasting profile
- Coffee grinding levels: The known levels are coarse grind, medium grind, medium/fine grind, fine grind, super fine grind, and turkish grind. Indication of machinery to achieve product specification.
- Coffee characteristics: The origins and types of coffee and the processes of coffee until to be good beverage
- Coffee recipe such as brew ratio and tasting notes depend on our profile
- Have knowledge about coffee machine and also all of coffee equipment such as grinder, tamper, portafilter, extraction switch, etc and how to maintain the equipment
- Have latte art knowledge

- Create new recipes: Combine innovative and creative ideas to come up with new recipes and preparations to extend the product of range of a company. Make modifications to recipes in order to enhance taste, reach productivity goals, develop and improve products.
- Match coffee grind to coffee type: Use different coffee grinding procedures and preparation methods.
- Grade coffee beans: Grade coffee beans based on their characteristics, defects, size, colour, moisture content, taste, acidity, body, or aroma.
