Job Description

• Checking and Verifying the Completeness of Documents (Also Check Regarding The PO Description – Must Be Match With SOP)
• Follow Up if there is Any Uncomplete Documents and Submit to AP Team After Documents Checking
• Create New Vendor in System (Since all Required Documents Has Been Completed from Users) and Follow Up for Any Incomplete Submission and Solved
• Educate and Follow Up User for Any Invoices Received (By Softcopy, Hardcopy, CC Statement) without PO Created Beforehand by Users

Requirements

• Accounting Major if possible (Or Related)
• Fresh graduate or in last year semester
• Detail oriented
