Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, ensuring alignment with key business priorities
- Support the CEO in preparing for internal and external meetings, including briefing materials, agendas, and follow-ups
- Draft presentations, reports, meeting notes, and strategic documents for executive discussions
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders are aligned
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams to facilitate communication and execution of key initiatives
- Assist in tracking progress of strategic projects and provide regular updates to the CEO
- Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism
- Support ad-hoc business initiatives, research, and operational improvements as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff support, or project coordination roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and presentation preparation
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and supporting senior leadership
