The Sales Director will lead and develop the Indonesia sales organization to drive sustainable revenue growth, deepen strategic customer relationships, and expand the company’s market presence.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can mentor and guide a team of account managers while actively engaging key customers, expanding existing accounts, and developing new strategic business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will bring strong enterprise customer relationships in Indonesia and the ability to convert these relationships into long-term business partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to drive performance and accountability.
  • Develop structured account plans and territory strategies to increase coverage and revenue contribution.
  • Coach the team on enterprise sales engagement, pipeline development, and deal strategy.
  • Build a strong sales culture focused on collaboration, customer value, and execution discipline.

Strategic Account Development

  • Expand existing customer relationships by identifying new opportunities across business units and solution areas.
  • Transform isolated project engagements into long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Engage at senior executive levels within customer organizations to drive deeper adoption of company solutions.

New Business Development

  • Identify and develop new strategic accounts across target industries.
  • Leverage personal network and industry relationships to open doors with key enterprise customers.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase the company’s presence in priority market segments.

Revenue & Pipeline Management

  • Own and drive the sales pipeline, ensuring sufficient coverage to meet revenue targets.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reporting to management.
  • Lead deal strategy on complex opportunities and support the team in closing strategic deals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with presales, solution architects, and delivery teams to develop competitive and scalable solutions.
  • Ensure successful execution and delivery of projects to strengthen customer confidence and retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 12–15 years of enterprise sales experience in the IT / technology industry.
  • Proven experience selling system integration, IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large enterprise or government accounts in Indonesia.
  • Strong leadership experience managing and developing sales teams.
