1. Electrical Equipment Management• Monitor equipment performance and analyze maintenance records• Maintain and improve electrical technical documentation• Identify critical spare parts for key equipment• Troubleshoot independently and provide effective solutions• Conduct monthly downtime analysis and improve OEE/MTTR/MTBF

2. Project Implementation• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and electrical design (DSC/MES systems)• Drive cost-reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives• Ensure electrical quality control during construction projects• Summarize lessons learned and contribute to workflow optimization

3. Team & Department Development• Support KPI setting and achievement• Participate in training programs and talent pipeline development

4. 7S & Safety Compliance• Conduct regular safety inspections on electrical systems and ensure corrective actions are implemented

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)• 3+ years of experience in electrical maintenance within a production environment• Solid understanding of electrical systems, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting• Skilled in EPLAN, TIA Portal, and electrical design tools• Proficient in Siemens PLCs (S7-200/1200/1500) and HMI configuration• Familiar with RS232/485, S7, Profinet, IO-Link communication protocols is a plus• Strong analytical skills, execution mindset, and problem-solving ability• Experience in both low and high-voltage installation processes is a bonus• Knowledge of construction electrical standards and safety compliance adds value
