About the role

This is a full-time role based in Kendal, Central Java at PT DAE YOUNG TEXTILE'. As the Manager of Marketing & Research & Development for adidas textile product, you will be responsible for leading the company's marketing strategy and research and development initiatives. This is a key strategic role that will have a significant impact on the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing the company's marketing strategy to drive growth and increase brand awareness

• Managing the marketing team and overseeing all marketing activities, including advertising, promotions, events, and digital marketing

• Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends

• Leading the research and development team to create innovative new products and services

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure the successful launch and promotion of new products and services

• Monitoring the competition and staying up-to-date with industry developments

• Reporting on the performance of marketing and R&D initiatives and making recommendations for improvement

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or research and development, preferably within the textile industry

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify and capitalise on market opportunities

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage and motivate a team

• Up-to-date knowledge of marketing best practices and emerging industry trends

• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns

• Experience in leading research and development projects and bringing new products to market

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
