Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written is mandatory, able to speak Mandarin will be a plus.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Familiarity with recruitment platforms, job portals, and networking methods (LinkedIn, job fairs, etc.).
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Good interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS (advantage).
Job Description:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions (from staff to supervisor level).
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Conduct CV screening, interviews (phone, online, face-to-face), and assessment when required.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and job specifications.
Maintain and update recruitment pipeline and candidate database.
Handle employer branding initiatives (job fairs, partnerships with universities, online campaigns).
Ensure smooth onboarding process for new hires and collaborate with HR team for orientation.
Provide regular recruitment reports and analytics to management.
