About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Finance Accounting Tax to join our dynamic team at PT Early Light International Indonesia. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial accounting, reporting, and tax compliance. This is a full-time position based in Kaliwungu District, Kendal Central Java.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the company's overall financial accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll

2. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis to support decision-making

3. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements

4. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support

6. Supervise and develop a team of accounting professionals

7. Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting and tax regulations, and provide recommendations for adjustments

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting managerial role, preferably in the manufacturing industry

3. Strong working knowledge of financial accounting principles, tax regulations, and reporting standards

4. Proficient in the use of financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and spreadsheet applications

5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills

6. Effective communication in English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams

7. A track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teams
