Qualifications & experience

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Management or Business or Marketing
• Critical Skills: Mandarin is a must and English is not compulsory
• Work experience: 1 – 2 years in similar experience required
• Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Good understanding of PRC culture and spending behaviours, Able to establish good relationships with tour guide/ Tour leader and internal customers, Good communication skills, both oral and be comfortable in making presentations
• Good negotiating skills, Ability to work under pressure and composed at all times, Accuracy and attention to details
• Proficient in using MS tools, including Excel, Word & Powerpoint

Tasks & responsibilities

• 1. Communication Welcome and greetings all customers. Build relationship with tour guide & customers. Share store promotion, incentive program. Act as personal shopper.
• 2. Relationships Develop and maintain the Company’s relationship with key business partners like tour guides, tour leader and PRC customer. Conducting regular reviews of support given to the company from the customers and tour guide / tour leader and work as key relationships for TG & TL.
• 3. Increase Customer Spend Increase group spending by effective communication of the promotions. Increase FIT customer spending through acting as personal shopper. TG promotion sharing TAPA program Sharing Shop & Save promotion.
