PT JTech Jasa Pertambangan melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Accounting Clerk di Gresik yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor PT JTech Jasa Pertambangan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to keeping accurate records related to AP/AR reporting.

Reporting to the Shared Services Manager, this role will be responsible for overseeing the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable, reconciling statements and the collation of data. You will deliver a high-quality service to all business units across the Group, whilst working in a fast-paced work environment.

• Accounts payable (AP) including but not limited to: entering invoices, sign off by senior management, recording invoices into bills, reconciling supplier accounts, payment of invoices, investigating and resolving supplier queries.
• Accounts receivable (AR) including but not limited to: POS systems knowledge and invoicing, raising invoices, EFTPOS payments, POS reconciliations, front line customer service including investigating and resolving customer queries.
• Bank and credit card reconciliations for the designated companies.
• All aspects of EOM close and reporting on AP/AR for the designated companies.
• Support intercompany loan and statement reconciliations.
• Effective and clear communication with other team members in the shared services division and the financial management team.
• Providing support when required in all divisions of shared services.
