About the role

As Venue Manager ( EXPAT ) at Milk & Madu Group (Bali), you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our stunning hospitality venues in Badung, Bali. This full-time role will see you playing a pivotal part in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth running of the venue.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage all aspects of venue operations, including staffing, inventory, and budgeting

2. Ensure exceptional standards of customer service and hospitality

3. Liaise with the marketing team to promote the venue and drive bookings

4. Monitor and analyse venue performance, identifying areas for improvement

5. Manage and develop a team of venue staff, providing training and support

6. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations

What we're looking for

1. Significant experience in a similar venue management role, preferably within the hospitality industry

2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

3. Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences

4. Proven track record of driving revenue and performance improvements

5. Strong financial management skills and the ability to work within budgets

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
