About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team at PT Hookah Place Partnership in Badung, Bali. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent table service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

• Greet customers and company them to their tables

• Take customer orders and communicate them accurately to the kitchen

• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring tables are set and cleared efficiently

• Handle cash and process payments accurately

• Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints

• Assist with other duties as required to support the overall restaurant operations

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer service role in the hospitality industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour

• Excellent time management and organisational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently

• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment

• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred
