About the role

We are seeking a passionate and tech-savvy TikTok Shop Specialist to join our dynamic team at PT ASTORIA PRIMA'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our brand's presence on the TikTok platform, creating engaging content and leveraging the power of social media to reach and connect with our customers.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok content strategy to increase brand awareness and drive sales

Create eye-catching, trend-driven video content that resonates with our target audience

Manage and optimise our TikTok Shop, including product catalogues, pricing, and promotions

Analyse platform performance data and adjust content and strategy accordingly

Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate TikTok efforts with broader campaigns

Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends, features, and best practices

Provide regular reporting and insights to the management team

What we're looking for

2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on TikTok

Proven track record of creating engaging and successful TikTok content

Excellent understanding of TikTok algorithms, trends, and platform features

Strong creative and storytelling abilities, with the ability to develop visually appealing content

Proficient in using TikTok analytics tools to optimise performance

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
