About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and creative teacher who is passionate about holistic education. The ideal candidate brings warmth, flexibility, and structure to the classroom, and can guide students through an interdisciplinary curriculum that includes storytelling, the arts, ecology, meditation, and hands-on projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver engaging and meaningful learning experiences aligned with Neohumanist and holistic principles

2. Plan and implement interdisciplinary lessons and projects that integrate literacy, arts, values, nature studies, and basic numeracy

3. Create a respectful, inclusive, and joyful classroom culture

4. Guide students in meditation, yoga or quiet time daily

5. Track student progress and provide regular updates to parents through portfolios, student-led conferences, or reports

6. Support school-wide activities, performances, and outdoor excursions

7. Collaborate with fellow educators and participate in regular team meetings

8. Contribute to curriculum development and school events with creativity and initiative

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

2. Minimum 5 years classroom experience with primary or middle years age group

3. Excellent spoken and written English

4. Passion for experiential and values-based education

5. Ability to manage a mixed-age class and adapt to students' diverse needs

6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team

7. Organized, reliable, and open to feedback and growth

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Neohumanist or alternative education models

• Experience with project-based or outdoor learning

• Willingness to live in Bali and align with the school's philosophy

• Artistic, musical, or ecological interests are a plus
