As a Tax Staff at Tiara Hana, you will play a key role in managing the company's accounting and tax functions. You'll be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, timely financial reporting, and full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in accounting, a sharp eye for detail, and up-to-date knowledge of tax laws.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records with appropriate supporting documentation.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and external audits.
Support budget preparation and financial planning, including expense tracking and variance analysis.
Accounting Operations
Manage daily accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
Review and process expense claims, vendor invoices, and payment transactions.
Tax Compliance & Reporting
Handle all tax-related matters, including the calculation, filing, and payment of monthly and annual taxes (e.g., PPh, PPN).
Ensure compliance with all applicable Indonesian tax regulations and keep abreast of changes in tax legislation.
Prepare and submit accurate tax reports and liaise with tax authorities when required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and taxation.
Solid understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards (e.g., PSAK).
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
