We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support our CEO in day-to-day administrative, operational, and personal matters. The ideal candidate is discreet, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Good candidates are preferred due to the nature of the role, which may involve frequent travel and extended working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the CEO's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Organize business travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
Attend meetings as required, take notes, and follow up on action items.
Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
Support the CEO in personal tasks, including errands and private arrangements.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Perform administrative tasks such as preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Be available during and outside regular business hours as needed.
Requirements:
Aged 25-35 (preferred).
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably at the executive level.
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Able to work flexible hours and travel frequently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general tech-savviness.
