Job Overview

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will own the end-to-end alignment of inventory levels, material procurement, and product fulfillment cycles to perfectly match market demand. You will be responsible for ensuring that the supply of finished products and the procurement of underlying raw materials are seamlessly balanced, completely eliminating stock shortages while optimizing cash flow and storage costs. This role requires a unique blend of predictive data analysis for inventory forecasting and strategic cross-functional orchestration to ensure production pipelines, warehouse capacities, and supplier delivery schedules are flawlessly integrated.

Job Description

• Demand-Supply Synchronization: Monitor and align real-time inventory levels against volatile market demand to ensure the ideal volume of finished products and raw materials is consistently maintained across the supply chain.
• Material Requirement Planning (MRP): Analyze product sales run-rates to accurately forecast and secure the required raw materials and packaging components, ensuring zero interruptions in the production pipeline.
• Lead Time Optimization: Calculate and manage supplier and production lead times alongside accurate Re-Order Points (ROP) to ensure goods arrive exactly when needed, balancing raw material inflow with production capacity.
• Strategic Procurement Oversight: Orchestrate purchasing strategies for both local and international raw materials, locking in volume guarantees and favorable commercial terms with key manufacturers.
• Risk & Supply Continuity Planning: Identify potential supply bottlenecks and establish robust backup supplier networks (domestic and international) to mitigate raw material or logistics failure risks.
• Omnichannel Inventory Integration: Oversee the continuous optimization of omnichannel inventory systems (such as Jubelio or WMS) to ensure real-time stock allocation and synchronization match sales channel velocity.
• Inventory Turnover & Waste Mitigation: Enforce inventory rotation protocols (FIFO) across raw materials and finished goods to accelerate inventory turnover, prevent obsolescence, and minimize holding costs.
• Cross-Functional Inventory Auditing: Direct regular, systematic stock audits (stock opname) to reconcile actual physical counts of materials and finished items with digital records, maintaining absolute data accuracy.
• Performance Metric Management: Establish, track, and enforce high-performance supply chain KPIs focused heavily on forecast accuracy, fulfillment rates, supplier lead-time adherence, and total landed cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience within Supply Chain, Procurement, or Logistics, with at least 1 years operating in a dedicated managerial capacity.
• Inventory Control Expertise: Exceptional data-driven expertise in material planning, demand forecasting, margin calculations, and inventory optimization frameworks.
• Mandarin Language Skills: Professional Mandarin proficiency (written and spoken) is required to facilitate direct, unhindered technical and commercial negotiation with international raw material vendors is a plus.
• System & Software Mastery: Highly proficient in operating advanced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, WMS platforms, or omnichannel inventory aggregators (such as Jubelio).
• Vendor & Contract Management: Advanced negotiation skills paired with a deep operational understanding of international import regulations, customs clearance, and freight forwarding procedures.
• Strategic Problem Solving: Sharp analytical thinker capable of diagnosing immediate supply chain disruptions and implementing permanent systemic solutions.
• Leadership & Integrity: Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing cross-functional sourcing or logistics teams while maintaining strict professional integrity.
• Metrics-Driven Mindset: Accustomed to working under high-pressure conditions with strict accountability for fulfillment rate targets, inventory accuracy, and supply chain cost reduction.
