Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Staff to join our team. This role plays a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to engagement and performance while helping to build a positive and healthy company culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in HR (fresh graduates are welcome if they have strong organizational experience or internships)
• Solid understanding of recruitment, HR administration, and employee relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling data
