• Own and maintain line loading plans, ensuring alignment with forecast, customer commits, and available capacity
• Define line configuration and layout plans based on product mix, technology roadmap, and equipment availability
• Work closely with production to balance output across shifts andlines, identifying bottleneck and enabling fast resolution
• Drive continuous improvement in line utilization, productivity and takttime. 

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Degree or Master in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or Engineering
• Proven experience in production planning, line balancing and factory capacity modeling
• Strong knowledge of backend operation
• Familiar with MES, Factory Simulation tools
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong leadership and cross functional coordination abilities
• Excellent analytical and system thinking skills
• Clear communication - able to present complex data for desicion-making
• Ability to work under pressure and in fast paced manufacturing environment.
