Responsibilities :

• To secure new businesses for the company as well as managing the existing pool of accounts to increase the share of wallet from these customers.

• Develop and improve marketing quality

• Maintain relations based on data customers, doing research for new opportunities and customers 

• Work closely with Operational, Customer Service, and Documents team regarding the shipping / forwarding progress

• Have buying power with vendors which relate to business development

• Supervise marketing team in order to fulfill the targets

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree or Master degree (any major) from reputable university

• At least >1 years of working experience in the related field (freight forwarding and logistics company) will be a plus point

• Ability to negotiate and deep understanding of marketing skills

• Excellent in leadership skills, self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results

• Required languages: Indonesia, English (mandatory) or Mandarin languages (point plus)

• Computer literate (Microsoft Office applications or more)

• High curiosity and eagerness to learn

• Pleasant personality and good communication skills

• Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment

• Able to join as soon as possible
