RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate effective communication between executives, team members, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and accurate information.
Provide comprehensive administrative support including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and handling a meeting.
Coordinate and manage calendars for executives or team members, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, materials, and presentations, and take minutes during meetings as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably as a secretary, within a relevant industry or organization or related field.
A Diploma's degree from all majors, with preference given to the following majors: Management, Administration, Communication.
Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to compose clear and professional correspondence, emails, and reports.
