We are looking for a friendly, confident, and professional Hostess to be the warm welcome that sets the tone for every guest's experience. You'll be the first to welcome our guests and help make sure everything runs smoothly at our restaurant. Key Responsibilities:Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
Manage reservation platforms and waitlists (manual or digital)
Assign seating based on guest needs and table availability
Supervise and support junior hostesses to ensure consistent service standards
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with discretion and care
Coordinate with the restaurant floor team to ensure smooth table turnover
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area
Train and mentor new hostesses as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a hostess, with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English, other language skills are a plus
Familiarity with reservation systems
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Well-groomed, confident, and professional appearance
