Business Function\:

Group Finance aims to deliver world-class standards in reporting, financial planning and finance processes. We provide insights and analyses that help the bank make sound business decisions - whether in the areas of product development or customer profitability. We also provide capital management, business planning, forecasting, and tax and accounting advisory services.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly regulatory reports, including LBUT, Apolo, and SCV.
• Support the development and monitoring of the Business Plan in alignment with regulatory expectations.
• Perform data transformation and validation within REGLA and SCV systems.
• Conduct daily and monthly reconciliations between the General Ledger (GL) and detailed sub-ledgers or source systems.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and contribute to regulatory reporting system enhancements.
• Support regulatory initiatives and project implementations (LV and UAT), including availability on weekends when required.
• Deliver analytical insights on regulatory data and reports to support business decisions and compliance.
• Maintain high attention to detail and perform effectively under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments.

• Strong knowledge of banking regulatory reporting, financial accounting, and related regulatory frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a regulatory reporting or finance-related role within the banking or financial services sector.
• Proficient in data reconciliation and system-based reporting tools.
• Proven team player with a proactive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed to meet regulatory deadlines.
