We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team. Reporting to the Assistant Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, revenue auditing, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting and revenue audit functions
• Prepare and review financial reports and account reconciliations
• Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and ledger balances
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Supervise Accounts Receivable and income audit activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors
• Support continuous improvement of accounting processes and controls

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting principles
• Familiarity with hotel accounting systems is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
