Senior Accountant — The Artisan Group (Bali)

The Artisan Group is a fast-growing multi-brand hospitality company operating across Bali and Lombok, with brands including Artisan, Papi Sapi, Sunda, and Sassa House. We’re looking for a Senior Accountant to join our finance function and help bring rigor, structure, and accountability to our financial operations as we scale.

Artisan – Uluwatu, Bingin, Ungasan, Pererenan

Papi Sapi – Uluwatu, Lombok

Sunda – Opening October 2026

Rumah Sehseh – Opening April 2027

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee payroll processing, ensuring full cross-verification against schedules and budgeting lists before submission
• Build, document, and maintain robust accounting SOPs across all entities
• Prepare and manage financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis across multiple venues
• Oversee tax compliance and reporting
• Manage and mentor a small accounting team, with clear ownership of quality control
• Partner with HR and operations leadership to ensure financial controls are airtight across all departments
• Support inter-entity transfers and JV structure reporting where relevant

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ accounting experience, ideally within hospitality, F&B, or multi-entity businesses
• Strong working knowledge of Indonesian payroll, tax, and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to build and enforce process and documentation from the ground up
• High attention to detail and comfort taking ownership of financial accuracy
• Strong communication skills, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-brand or multi-site environment preferred
