Role Description

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Accounting & Tax Staff to join our consulting team. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bali, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. In this role, you will assist our clients with accurate financial record-keeping, financial statement preparation in accordance with relevant accounting standards, monthly and annual tax filing, and liaising with the tax authority regarding client tax matters.

Qualifications

• Must be based in Bali (preferably residing in the Denpasar or Badung area)
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in accounting or tax roles is preferred
• Holding a Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Financial Statements and understanding of Indonesian tax regulations
• Familiarity with preparing and submitting LKPM would be an advantage
• Proficiency in using Accounting Software (e.g., Accurate, Xero), Microsoft Excel, and the new Coretax system
• Strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail, excellent client-facing communication skills, and ability to meet strict regulatory deadlines
• Good command of spoken and written English is required
• Must be readily available to visit client sites across the Bali region as required
