About the role
Bonana Coffee is seeking an experienced Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team in Batam, Kepulauan Riau. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for leading our marketing initiatives and driving the strategic growth of our brand within the local market. What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote Bonana Coffee's products and services
Collaborating with the sales team to ensure marketing activities align with and support the company's overall business objectives
Analysing market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities for growth
Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
Managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality work
What we're looking for
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies, including social media, SEO, and content creation
Passion for the coffee industry and a deep understanding of consumer trends and preferences
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
